Cancelling an Order
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day that they are made. Simply call our Customer Care line on +44 (0) 1983 813999 during our opening hours (8.30am and 10.00pm, Monday to Friday, and 9.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday). Alternatively you can notify us of cancellation by email, by emailing cancellation@lizearle.ie with your name, address and order reference number.
You may also withdraw from the order at any time after it has been dispatched, but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product. Please call our Customer Care line on +44 (0) 1983 813913 or email cancellation@lizearle.ie and one of our advisors will be happy to assist you.
Please return the goods to Liz Earle Naturally Active Skincare, together with the original invoice. Liz Earle Naturally Active Skincare will refund you the purchase price of the goods together with any delivery charge you have paid if you are returning all of the products purchased in your order.
