What is Live Help?
Live Help is another way of contacting our award-winning customer centre with any questions you may have about your order. If you're in the middle of an order, not near a phone, or short of time, it's a quick and easy way to talk to one of our advisors.
How do I use Live Help?
To use Live Help simply click on the 'Live Help with an advisor' link which will display on pages where Live Help is available and enter your name. A customer advisor will then pick up your request and answer your questions.
I can't see the option to talk to an advisor on the website?
On pages where Live Help is available you will see a 'Live Help with an advisor' link at the top of the page. If you cannot see this link, either all of our advisors are busy or Live Help is currently not available.
Can I get a copy of my conversation with the customer advisor?
To request a copy of your conversation, simply enter you email address into the field that appears after you have clicked on the small red cross to end the conversation, alternatively email us at naturallyactive@lizearle.com and we'll email a copy to you.
